SNOWCALLS

Many Yandexoids rang in 2023 in different places, in different cities, and even on different continents away from their teams and friends. But the distance couldn’t stop us from getting together for New Year and playing in the snow. More precisely, with snowballs, which we made from warm words and hurled into Telegram.

All the snowballs thrown smacked right into random co-workers while also ending up on the landing page, which we worked with modern artist Masha Bazelevskaya to create.

We decomposed the style to different media: from posters and stickers in the office to Zoom backgrounds and Telegram stickers. They reminded everyone of the game and fostered the New Year spirit over the final weeks of the year.

As part of our snowtime digital activation, we shot a touching video of Yandexoids throwing snowballs at each other and wishing each other a happy New Year. The video includes Goose, Alice, and a robot courier.
